In the optical component, Quartz glass can be mainly divided in to three grades:
JGS1,JGS2, AND JGS3 according to the    spectral application range:
JGS1 Synthetic Fused Silica 185nm-2500nm
JGS2 Fused Quarts 220nm-2500nm
JGS3 Infrared Optical Quartz 260nm-3500nm
Besides domestic mateials, we also offer material in all grades and specification from major manufacturers such as Corning, SCHOTT and Heraeus, The material has high purity and uniformity, and finished product has better and more stable performance.
Depending on the customer's custom needs, considering the optical, mechanical and chemical properties of the material, we recommend more suitable materials or other specified materials for processing

Frequently Asked Questions about Quartz Glass Capillaries

1: How long is this product? What is the length of the capillary you sell?
Most of our products are in stock, and the drawn length is 1 meter. We can cut according to your required length.

2: What is the MOQ
MOQ 10 pieces for stock product. When length is more than 50 mm, we cut the capillary by hand. If the length is less than 50 mm, or if there are special requirements for cutting accuracy, we will use a precision machine to cut and charge a cutting fee.  You can talk to customer service for more details.
Customized production is needed for those which we do not have stock. MOQ is 100 pcs or USD 500

3: What's the price of the capillaries?
The quotation is based on sizes, length, and quantity. Please clearly advise those parameters and consult the customer service, we will quote you.

4: How about the accuracy of this product?
For diameters less than 6 mm, the internal and external diameters of ordinary precision are plus or minus 0.05 mm. If you have special requirements, you can consult customer service.
