      Sterilization lamp, as the name suggests, mainly plays the role of sterilization and disinfection, also known as UV lamp, 

which is a kind of UV lamp with lower intensity. It uses low mercury vapor pressure (<10-2Pa) to be stimulated to emit

 ultraviolet light, and its emission spectrum has two main lines: one is 253.7nm wavelength and the other is 185nm 

wavelength, both are ultraviolet rays which are invisible to the naked eye. The spectrum with a wavelength of 253.7nm 

can play a very good sterilizing role. The main principle of sterilization is based on the law of the absorption line of cells 

to light waves: cells absorb the largest amount of ultraviolet light between 250-270nm, while the absorbed ultraviolet

 light can act on the genetic material (DNA) of the cell to make it act photochemically. The energy of the ultraviolet 

photons is absorbed by the base pairs in the DNA, causing the genetic material to mutate, causing the bacteria to die

 immediately or fail to reproduce offspring to achieve the purpose of sterilization. However, it has the weakest penetration 

ability and cannot penetrate most transparent glasses and plastics. More people choose quartz glass because it has a

 good transmittance in the ultraviolet band, basically above 80%. The demand for quartz glass products has increased

 recently because of its good transmittance in the ultraviolet band.
